Fort Myers Elder Law And Divorce Attorneys

Based in Fort Myers, we serve all of Southwest Florida, helping individuals, couples and families find solutions to their personal legal problems. We focus our practice on family law, estate planning, elder law, probate administration, Medicaid eligibility and planning. Due to the nature of our family-focused practice, and the length of time serving Southwest Florida, we frequently assist in the individual needs of several generations within a family.

We understand how intimidating the legal system is, and for that reason, our attorneys work closely with clients to explain the process, clarify rights and review options. Clients trust us and are confident that we will guide them through their legal matter.

Staying Connected

Our entire team of lawyers and staff stays connected to each other and our community. Founding attorney, Roger O'Halloran, has practiced exclusively in the Fort Myers area since 1974. He is rooted to the area and well-connected within the legal world and beyond. His son, Ryan, grew up in Fort Myers and now practices alongside his father.

The staff provides caring, courteous and knowledgeable assistance to clients. Our two legal assistants, who have been with the firm a total of 43 years, provide continuity and knowledgeable support. Together, we develop and foster long-term relationships with our clients.

Our reach extends beyond our own office. Lawyers and legal professionals respect us for our professionalism and exemplary practice ethics. We routinely collaborate with experts as needed to obtain the best results possible. We excel at achieving realistic, effective and creative solutions.

From our office family to your personal family, we look forward to working with you soon.
